■ Monthly Current Affairs ■ NITI Aayog released the Delta Rankings of Champions of Change , October 2021. In this, four districts of Bihar viz. ( Muzaffarpur (2 nd ), Aurangabad (3 rd ), Banka (4 th ) and Sheikhpura (5 th ) have been figured among the top 5 Aspirational Districts in the country for the improved performance in the Education sector . Dumka in Jharkhand has topped the list.
