■ The concepts of constitution and constitutionalism refer to the legal system of the country. Following can be considered as the difference between Constitution and Constitutionalism: A constitution is a body of fundamental principles according to which a state is constituted or governed whereas constitutionalism is a set of rules or norms creating, structuring and defining the limits of, government or authority.
